Japanese Noritake Footed Bowl

You know when you’re setting up the dinner table to entertain and realize you don’t have a nice little dish to out the salad dressing or the hummus in? Uh um, this is the dish for that! It is really exquisite!

Circa 1918 M-in-Wreath hand painted (“M” stands for importer, Morimura Bros.) demitasse set. The “M in a wreath” mark was used between circa 1914 until 1940 while this particular stamp was used in 1918 when the the word “Nippon” on the stamp was changed to “Japan” to show the country of origin in legible English word.

This bowl is now available in my store though I don’t think it will last long.
